The device list for conversion is exstensive, but there are no file formats listed for those devices. I want to convert to a specific file format not just a particular device. Xbox one is not on the device list either, which is why I downloaded ths coversion program to bbegin with. Very frustrating. The developer, ShedWorx , has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple. The developer will be required to provide privacy details when they submit their next app update.

Not sure the why or wherefore, other than that it does great in conversion, usually not gaining back anything in file size. Great Software. I've been using Smart Converter Pro for some time now, starting with the first generation. It's still my go-to for batch video conversion, but I have to say I'm not very impressed with version 3. It is basically the same as 2, but they've updated it to interface with the TV and Music apps instead of iTunes.
Oh, and it supports dark mode, plus a few other cosmetic changes. It's still not super reliable for identifying media types as TV show, movie, or home video I usually have to run my files through Subler after conversion , and still doesn't let you correct the files in batches.
If it thinks that your whole season of a show is actually a home video, you have to go to each file individually to correct it. I'm not sorry that I spent more money on essentially the same application, but I really hope the developers have more fixes in store than what we've seen so far.

I agree with the developers comments on a previous review, they need to make money to continue operating a business. I am happy I can now convert directly to Apple TV now. That was brutal there for a while. I was however hoping you guys would have fixed the meta data on this version.
